If your item arrives faulty, please get in touch straight away and I will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement.

If you change your mind and no longer want an item you have received, please get in touch within 14 days. If the item is none personalised, I will happily accept a return of the item in a new & unworn condition (postage payable by you), upon receipt of the item I will issue you with a refund.

Unfortunately, all personalised items are not eligible for a refund or replacement (unless faulty).
